Shops, studios, offices and workshops

The small commercial premises on the same streets as the houses we work in — where the heating is somebody's fourth job and the landlord's contract stops at the roof.

What we cover

Six things on a commercial visit

  • Planned serviceOnce or twice a year depending on the equipment and how hard the space works it, with a written record per unit.
  • BreakdownsDiagnosed with instruments, priced before the work. If keeping it going is bad value, we show you why.
  • Rooftop and split systemsThe packaged units and splits over most small commercial space in Clark County.
  • Ductless and multi-headSuites and studios where each room needs its own control and each head has its own neglected filter.
  • Unit heaters and workshopsGarages, shops and back-of-house areas that only matter in the cold months, which is when they fail.
  • Schedules and controlsMaking the plant run during the hours you open. This fixes more complaints than any repair we do.
Changing the space

Before you put a wall in, ask about the air

Splitting a unit into two, adding a treatment room, putting a kitchen at the back, turning a shop floor into studios. Each of those changes where the air needs to go, and none of them changes the equipment on the roof.

Ask us before the partitions rather than after. The answer is often a ductless head in the new room and a rebalance of what is already there.
